You and your nice new tenant will surely differ in your recollections of the condition of the rental property as it was when they moved in compared with how it is when they finally move out. You should have a written and photographic record of both conditions.

Step 6: Give your tenant a set of keys to their unit and any other keys, such as for the pool area, gate, and/or storage.

Step 7: Make sure you save all documents in your cloud-based storage. Once it is saved into your system, be sure to send a copy to your new tenant via e-mail. Your cloud-based storage platform should allow for you to easily e-mail your tenant all signed documents.
